Questions about D'Amico Signature Light

What does Signature Light taste like?

Signature Light is a light roast blend of Brazilian and Colombian coffees, with notes of citrus, stone fruit and honey.

Is Signature Light good for espresso?

We roast it for pour over and drip. Light roasts can taste sharp as espresso, so for espresso try Brooklyn Black Espresso or Latte Supreme.

What's the best way to brew Signature Light?

Signature Light is at its best in pour over and drip. Start with about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste.

Is Signature Light good for cold brew?

It makes a bright, fruit-forward cold brew. For a classic chocolatey cold brew, try a dark roast like Signature Dark.

Can I buy Signature Light ground?

Yes. Choose whole bean, or the grind for how you brew, when you add it to your cart. We roast to order in Brooklyn.
