When is my order shipped?
We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.
How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the United State Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.
Entering discount/gift card code.
On the last page before your click complete my purchase there will be two boxes where you can enter your discount codes or gift card code. Once you have entered either of these codes click Apply. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press complete my purchase.
Where's my package?
We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12pm. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
What are the shipping rates?
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings onto you. Orders that are being shipping outside of the United States are charged on a case-by-case basis and may include additional processing and handling fees. How long does it take for my coffee to get here?
We typically ship out orders same-day when placed by 12pm. We ship mainly USPS Priority. This means that once your order has left our warehouse, it will be to you in 2-5 business days. It tends to be closer to two, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than five days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.
How can I change my order after it's been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
How do I return an item/receive a refund?
