Cafes

309 Court Street - Brooklyn

Here in our little corner of Brooklyn, at our very first cafe, we roast coffee on a vintage Diedrich roaster and serve it with the help of a variety of interesting devices: Oji-style iced coffee drippers, a custom Slayer espresso machine, and perhaps the longest and most theatrical drip bar on the eastern seaboard. All of our coffee is prepared to order.

365 Bond Street - Brooklyn

1860 marked the year of the world’s first commuter suburb: Brooklyn. When the Brooklyn Bridge opened sixteen years later - then the world’s longest suspension bridge - the area to the west was well on its way to becoming the center of intellectual and cultural activity that it is today. We call this marvelous place Carroll Gardens.
